Q : Do you take special orders?
A : Yes. We would love to make special cards for you! Please email us at info@loriadesign.com for more information.
Q : How do I purchase a product online?
A : On our home page is a list of categories (such as birthday, thank you and more).
Click on any categories of your interest or click on "view all" menu to see all items at once.
When you want to purchase the product, click on "Add to Cart" button. And when you are ready to check out click on "View Shopping Cart" then check out.
Once you've completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.


"How to Order" page is available to view check out process.

Q : Do you provide Invitation Design?
A :

Yes. We provide invitation & web design service.

Q : Is it handmade Invitation?
A : We would love to make your event extra special with our handmade invitation.
However, due to its special requirements we limit to 50 orders or less, and service needs to be requested at least a month ahead.
 
Purchase & Shipping Q & A
Q : How do you calculate shipping and handling?
A : Our Shipping Rates is $ 0.65 for each card.

Example:
1 order $ 0.65
2 orders $ 1.30
3 orders $ 1.95
4 orders $ 2.60
5 orders $ 3.25
and so on.

This rate is based on standard shipping and we ship via USPS
Tax is included.
Q : Can I buy a same handmade card more than one?
A : No. Please understand that each card is a unique handmade design that is not reproduced.
Q : Why some of products are no longer available?
A : When a product is sold, it's removed and no longer available to view.
Q : Do you ship overseas?
A : Sorry, we only ship to locations within the U.S. only. We're sorry to inform you that we do not ship to U.S. territories, Mexico or other overseas addresses.
Q : How long does it take to deliver after the purchase?
A : All deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. ~ 5:00 p.m.
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order.
Please allow 3 to 5 or more business days for delivery.

Q : Who is Paypal? Is it safe to use?
A : It's our merchant account for receiving payment for your purchases from your credit card companies or your bank. We use Paypal for its security and convenience.
