What's the difference between SHOP and Etsy SHOP on your men?
SHOP is our exclusive store directly under loriadesign.com, with a secure checkout process. Since our website is still new and building trust, we also offer an Etsy SHOP link. Etsy is a familiar and trusted platform for many customers, so you can choose whichever option feels most comfortable for you.
Where are you located?
We're located in sunny San Diego, California. All of our designs are created here, and every order is shipped directly from our little home studio in town.

Are your cards handmade or digital?
Both! Loriadesign offers two types of cards:

Handmade cards: One-of-a-kind and lovingly crafted, each is made only once and not reproduced.

Printable digital cards: Instant download, beautifully designed, ready to print at your convenience.
How do I download my digital card?
After purchase, you'll receive a download link via Etsy (both through email and your Etsy account). Files are provided in high-resolution PDF format.
Can I use your digital cards for commercial purposes?
No, sorry.
All digital products are for personal use only. That means you can print them for yourself or as a gift, but not for resale or distribution. If you're interested in licensing designs, contact us directly.
Do you take custom orders for handmade cards?
Currently, no. Each handmade card is a one-time design and not reproduced. But if custom work is something you’d love to see, let us know—we’re always listening!
Who creates the art?
All artwork is original, designed by Loria.
From concept to brushstroke to final product, everything is crafted with heart.
What paper do you recommend for printing digital cards?

We recommend:

Heavyweight matte cardstock (around 100–110 lb / 270–300gsm)

It gives the card a professional, polished finish—almost like it came from a boutique!
Do you use AI to create your artwork?

No — every design starts with my own hand-drawn illustration. For digital art, I use graphic software to refine and transform my drawings, but the artwork itself is always created by me. The only time AI tools may come in is for simple editing tasks, like removing a background from a product photo or creating a neutral backdrop.
Do you ship internationally?

When will my order ship?

Processing time: 1–2 business days

No shipping on weekends or holidays.
Shipping time depends on your location, but tracking will be provided for peace of mind.
Do the stickers come with tracking?

All orders ship out within 1–2 business days. Our free shipping option uses regular USPS mail (snail mail), which is the most economical choice. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days or longer, depending on USPS service times.

Stickers are shipped in a standard card-size envelope, so tracking is not available. However, if you live in the U.S., you can sign up for USPS Informed Delivery®. It’s a free service that lets you preview incoming mail—even regular letters and envelopes—before they arrive.

Please note: tracking is not included, and we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered mail with this option.

Upgrade: Tracked Shipping ($5.00)
If you prefer added security and faster updates, you can select our tracked shipping option for $5.00. This includes a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives safely. -
Free Shipping on Order $35+
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

Once your order has shipped and is in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Every card is carefully packed in an individual protective envelope.

Orders of 1–3 cards are shipped in a rigid, non-bending mailer to prevent any folding or damage.

Orders of 4 cards or more are lovingly wrapped and shipped in a gift box, sealed and protected for the journey.

If something still goes wrong, don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo—we’ll do our best to help.
What’s your refund policy?

Digital cards: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your file, contact us—we’ll gladly help fix it.

Other Products: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
